Exhibits New Green Embroidery Threads at IGM 2022

Participants demonstrate great interest in IGM 2022 Istanbul 27th International Garment Machinery, Spare Parts and Sub-Industry Exhibition, whose sales continue at full steam. Madeira, one of the leading embroidery thread and accessory manufacturers, joined the companies that completed their application. Madeira, which is among the companies that steer the sector in embroidery, prepares to present its innovations to the sector at the IGM 2022 Exhibition.

IGM 2022 Exhibition, which will bring garment sector together for the 27th time at Istanbul Tuyap Fair and Congress Center, will be organized between 8 and 11 September 2022. IGM 2022 Exhibition, which will embrace the entire garment and ready-to-wear industry with its wide and comprehensive participant profile, in addition to its technology and product variety, will host thousands of visitors and trade delegations from many parts of the world from Europe to Asia, from the Middle East to the Balkans.

Madeira Marketing Specialist Seda Sabâhi Gedikoğlu Kızılkaya explained the reasons for participating in the IGM 2022 Exhibition as follows: ‘‘Exhibitions are the first location where new trends and innovations are introduced. The high media attention at the exhibitions provides significant opportunities for both well-established companies launching products and services and newly established companies that wish to make their name heard. Madeira, with its headquarters and production facility in Freiburg, Germany, has passed 103 years since its establishment, and today it is a family-run global player with 1000 employees worldwide and subsidiaries in Europe, the USA, and Asia. As a brand that follows the trends and innovations in embroidery, Madeira aims to create new trends and announce its innovations to the sector at the IGM 2022 Exhibition.’’

‘‘We believe that the number of participants to the highly anticipated IGM 2022 will be high’’

Underlining that the IGM 2022 Exhibition is eagerly awaited by the sector representatives, Kızılkaya expressed her views on the exhibition as follows: ‘‘IGM 2022 Exhibition is an international organization. Exhibitions, one of the most important parts of international trade, provide a meeting point for the leading companies and entrepreneurs of the sector, while also creating a common platform for new contacts, projects, collaborations, and sharing and dissemination of information. Covid-19, which emerged in December 2019, unfortunately, spread rapidly and affected the whole world in every aspect such as health, psychological, economic, and commercial areas. From 2020 to the first half of 2021, the outbreak continued to have an intense impact. During this period, all international and local exhibitions, events, and meetings were canceled. In 2022, the effect of the pandemic eased and made our new-normal lives sustainable. For these reasons, IGM 2022 Exhibition is in the position of an event that all participants interested in the sector have been expecting since 2018. We believe that with the long-term expected interest, the number of participants will also be high.’’

Seda Sabâhi Gedikoğlu Kızılkaya finalized her statements as follows, ‘‘With the sense of responsibility toward the environment, which is the innovation of our brand, we will excitedly present our new environmentally friendly yarns, which we put on the market at the end of 2021, to our valuable visitors at the IGM 2022 Exhibition.’’
